How to use password protection cards?

1️⃣ When to use password protection cards? Suppose you offer your mini-course, partially or wholly, to some privileged group. Then, you can use password protection cards. 🎯

A password protection card acts as a barrier for the cards following it. For example, if you locate this card in the beginning, the whole course becomes password protected.

2️⃣ How to create and edit password protection cards? You can find password protection cards under "Gateway" cards.

After you add one, make sure to locate the card in the right place. Remember, the protected portion of your mini-course starts after this card!

You can set a password and name the input label from the settings icon on the card. Watch the video below for detailed information about settings. ⬇️

💡 Use-cases:

In addition to its common use-cases, here are some gamified ways:

a. For Youtube videos/podcasts: Add a complimentary mini-course to your Youtube video inside the description area, which is password-protected. Share the password somewhere in your video or podcast; hence, the audience needs to learn it before accessing the restricted mini-course.

b. For B2B proposals: If you are a consultant or coach, send your demo content to decision-makers in a pass-gated way to make them feel that they are accessing something special that is not public. Your content is priceless, and access to it should be a privilege.

c. For website engagement: If you have an embedded mini-course on your landing page, you can add a password protection card in the beginning, and the password hint can be something on the page. Passwords can be anything, like meaningful words-phrases; hence passwords can be something related to your branding or motto.
