Facilitating Group Learning

Welcome to the course on Facilitating Group Learning! This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively facilitate group learning experiences. Throughout the course, we will explore various adult learning theories, understand the principles of designing and implementing group learning activities, and discuss the future of group learning in the context of technology and globalization.

The first part of the course will focus on understanding adult learning theories and their application in group learning. We will delve into the overview of adult learning theories, including andragogy, transformational learning, and experiential learning. Additionally, we will explore the importance of creating an interactive learning environment and understanding the needs and characteristics of adult learners. By the end of this section, you will have a solid foundation in adult learning theories and be equipped with the knowledge to create effective group learning experiences.

In the second part of the course, we will shift our focus to designing and implementing group learning activities.
