Your Community consists of your team of staff, your families, the agencies and resources you work with, and the physical community in which your program resides. While Communities are complex and varied, your program should reflect your core values and be transparent to the entire community what your mission is. In this way, both team and families are aligned in their expectations and yours. In the following training modules we will discuss how to Build an Interactive Community aligned with your program Core Values and Mission. How do we know when we're hiring and enrolling who these people are, and just as important, who they are not. Is it really a big deal to enroll a family whose values may not align with your program? What is your Customer Avatar? What does the ideal customer look like to you?
